Pretty spontaneously, yes. There wasn't anything that might've lead up to it that I know of, anyway.
[No Cherry Blossom Festival or Flabébé swarms or two-for-one bouquet sales from Floaroma Town Deliveries.]
Just kind of- flowers and petals raining from the sky all day. It was really pretty, but they kind of got everywhere.
