There's a sort of panicked noise in her throat as she gets grabbed from behind (and her hair gets all up in Steven's face as he does, sorry pal) - the Impidimp gives off a loud shriek of panic - but Entrapta just looks up at her saviour with a sort of stunned surprise.

Then she beams at him. "Thanks, tall person! Isn't this place just a great vantage point?" Her shoulders bunch cheerfully as she tilts her head - it almost seems like she wants to stick her arms out with delight, but something stops her. "You can see all of Olivine City!"
