[Gil loves festivals. Merriment of the masses always amuses him, and the games and traditions of the world's cultures are a treasure in their own right. The novelty of this particular world's particular cultures, utterly foreign to him for once, help his mood greatly.
His mood is dragged down, however, by the fact that nobody will sell him some goddamned wine. Half the reason festivals happened was an excuse to drink! Sure, its probably peasant swill compared to his preferred drink, but everything was. He doesn't have access to his stock so he'll take what he can get, but apparently at some point humans thought children shouldn't drink wine before they were almost eighteen or something ludicrous. Sigh. C'est la vie.
He's rather indecisive about what color yukata to rent. If he had his real wallet he'd just buy them all and change as he felt like it, but alas. White is the obvious choice, but he's young and nobody would begrudge him being more flashy with his choice. Far be it from him to reject anyone's suggestions as he peruses the options.
There are more than enough games to occupy his attention, at least, and its acceptable for him to indulge in childishness as he is. People are likely to find him wandering between contests of skill, and the sweets vendors. He's particularly keen on conquering a modified ring-toss involving moving Digletts.
Every so often he can be spotted lurking by the alcohol vendors looking for marks to charm out of a cup, if only to validate his presumption that it's trash. He waves suspicion away with a delightful smile and a honeyed word.]
