New Bark Town [Trey may have idly thought from time to time about how he wanted to understand Yuu a little better.
Waking up in a new, strange world without his magic was not how he wanted to go about that.
And yet here he is. He finally has a chance to actually think for a bit, after having been handed a bag and all but shoved out the door by the woman calling herself his mother. Never mind that for like five minutes he was still standing around a bit dumbstruck by all of... that. Once he actually gets his head together, he wanders off somewhere out of the way and goes through the contents of the bag--he lets a bouncy, cheery Scorbunny out of her ball at one point before returning his attention to what he's been given.
... Which is all well and good until the Fire-type gets bored and scampers off. Trey's head snaps up and he hastily shoves stuff back into his bag before chasing after the rabbit-like Pokémon.]
Hey, c'mon, get back here!
[The Scorbunny turns back to get a good laugh at her trainer's distress, but that means she's not looking where she's going... Sorry for the Scorbunny potentially running into your legs!]
On the Road [Eventually, one way or another, Trey ends up out on the routes--where he's going to be spending a lot of his foreseeable future, he realizes. On just about any route, though, when it's nearing sunset, Trey can be found having set up camp.
... And it's more than likely that anyone who runs into him probably smelled his cooking first. Whatever he's making smells pretty good...!
It doesn't take very long for Trey to realize the presence of another person. He turns to face whoever it is and lifts a hand in greeting.]
There's plenty of food if you want to join me.
Network [It takes Trey a bit to get used to the PokéGear--not too long, but it's not quite what he's used to! Luckily, he can manage to not do an accidental post of sorts...]
Hey, so, I've got a couple of questions if you're all inclined to humor a newcomer. Anyone got advice for a rookie trainer? I mean, yeah, there's the handbook, but there's some stuff you only really learn from experience, right?
Secondly... Are there any other students from Night Raven College around?
