Obviously the ultimate goal of any Pokémon game is to collect as many as possible and earn gym badges and become the best trainer that's ever existed in the history of the Pokéverse, and I guess that if you're listed as a trainer, than that's probably your goal here, too. Which I am. By the way. And I'm going to be. The best, I mean.
Breeders are different and have different goals and then there's always Team Rocket, but unless they sold it to you as a really awesome guild, I can't imagine you'd join. You're not the villain type.
