She sighed and reached out to take the creature in her hands. "Don't suppose you have a name, huh?" At least the cheerful little cheep she got in return was endearing.
The next logical step, it seemed, was to talk to someone who looked just as lost as she felt. Her first instinct as she approached the man was Ostron, given his clothes, but her second instinct was that there was no reason to assume this world had any connection to her own. "Hey, I hope I'm not bugging you. Do you, uh... know anything about where we are?"
