[everybody knows pokemon don't die. They just go to a farm.]
I don't necessarily mean off the ground, you could just have your arms around him in a hug.
It's just-- he's going to grow
a lot
when he evolves, and you don't want to get trapped underneath him. Trust me, I would know.
