[Louie lets go of Penningar's arms and straightens up, looking the other trainer over for a moment. The Pokedex at the ready and where they are suggest she's new, but she might just be the "curious to learn" type. Or, as Louie would put it, a nerd. He smiles at her with a nod.]

You might be right with this guy. [He looks down at Penningar with a mixture of amusement, fondness, and exhaustion.] He's definitely a lot more... Cat-like than some other feline Pokemon I've known. More housecat-like, anyway.

[A pause, then he shrugs.] That or he's just plain narcoleptic. I don't know.
