Well, if you weren't human before, you presumably are now, at the very least. Similarly, if your world has magic or similar such things, you'll find they don't function here.

And there are certainly plenty of cute Pokémon, yes. There are also ones that could be described as intimidating. Nearly all of them can be caught and trained by the humans here. Which means that you can now do likewise yourself, of course.
