In an odd way, he doesn't know what entirely to think of Jinx. She's a friend of Diana (who is just a huge neon 'what the fuck') and a member of Team Rocket, but that doesn't give him much. She's chatty and he can just... listen/ignore that as needs be, depending on what she's saying. He also thinks she and Diana are involved which he doesn't really care about that much.
In regards to Rocket things...she's clearly ignorant about the full workings and he doesn't comprehend her motives with them or what she intends to get out of her time there. And to a certain degree it doesn't matter to him. As long as she doesn't get in his way, she can remain with them if that's what she wants. But he'll be very cautious about her when she comes around. After having a fellow member attempt to take his Pokemon, he doesn't believe 'team loyalty' will hold any of them back from trying to take what is his. (A big reason why he'll show her and other Rockets the Labs he works in is just to subtly give TR a 'fuck you'. Them reacting to it in certain ways tells him more about them as well which works out in his favour).
