The last one was in June, and with it rolling into September (and maybe spoopy plans in the future) it seems we're about due for making some new CR/friends!

This form has a special (optional) addition for interactions with Rockets written up by our own Armin-mun (snagged with her permission). You don't have to fill it out, but for Rockets that want something to work with it could be helpful!

Cliffnotes: Cheerfully perky permanently optimistic lady who happens to be Death in her own world, yes really. Lowkey sad sometimes but hides it well, loves taking care of people and is happiest when doing that. Also adopts kids without even realizing it. Botan runs a sweets shop in Goldenrod called Honeyed Soul which often makes deliveries and is looking for workers of all types! Botan is also an active breeder, her post about that can be found here.
Looking for: Friends are nice, she likes friends. I'm generally up for everything with Botan, she's very flexible

Cliffnotes: Jane's still pretty down after the last of her friends in Homestuck House left, but she's trying to keep positive by keeping things together in the house with all these Pokemon. She'd really like to go try for one more badge before the cold sets in, but we'll see if she gets the motivation to travel.
Looking for: I'm actually thinking about opening up Homestuck House to boarders/roommates! Since Jane's living there on her own, I think she'd be more than eager to not be alone, so if players are traveling through Goldenrod and need a place to stay for a while that's not an inn or a Pokemon Center, she can guarantee hot, tasty meals and cozy beds. I'll try to get a post up at the beginning of September for her to start asking around if anyone is interested IC, but if you are interested OOC then please let me know!

Cliffnotes: Thida is going to be canon updated to after the single player events of Splatoon 2 - that's the main campaign AND the Octo Expansion! She'll be unconsious until SEPT 3RD, but for now, she just placed 3rd overall in the Pokemon Contest, which is pretty amazing in her eyes, and she's beginning to rethink her relationship with her Octillery, which is a big step forward.
Looking for: I would very much like for Thida to have roommates! She, like Jane, ended up with an empty house in Goldenrod and it'd be better if it was full rather than empty.

Xion is generally reserved but always willing to give a helping hand and share with other people. She's sensitive to manmade Pokemon since she's...well. A clone herself. Hellbent on burning down Silph to get her Null back. You thought I was kidding about the clone thing, no, I wasn't she was literally a doll made for plot reasons also don't call her poppet. In text posts she spells her name "Shion" even though she's likely still listed as "Xion" the X is very important in canon and signifies ownership to her, I am also not kidding about that.

Cliffnotes: Troubled monster-slayer with a horrible M-Rated Horror Canon (tm) background who is now a still-troubled-but-thriving member of this rad Pokemon society. Starting a few years back, Heather started taking her career as a Pokemon trainer seriously. She's pretty well-known in the Goldenrod "scene" since that's where she's settled down whenever she's not traveling. Still has a taste for mischief and (when warranted) destruction, she's just not an edgy teen about it anymore. Will still proudly describe herself as an "edgy twenty-something" instead. Works part-time at the circus as a trick-rider.
Looking for: I know saying "open for anything" isn't helpful, but she really is. Heather's good for found-family CR-- at this point in her life, she makes a great "cool big sister" who can both be a shoulder to cry on but also be like "hey. watch this" right before backflipping off of something. She's also still a brat though so negative CR is also A-OK. Given that she's about to be on the road for potentially SEVERAL WEEKS, most of her interactions will be through the 'Gear for awhile.

When he's not on official Rocket business (petty theft mainly-- he's small enough to be sneaky), he runs around the city with his Pokemon getting up to various adventures. Known by most for his atrocious spelling and rambling incoherent network posts.
Looking for: HONESTLY ANYTHING. Wrath isn't so much a waif in need of taking in as he is of people who are patient enough to understand his weird thought patterns and don't mind having "unconventional" conversations. And also maybe bribe him with food sometimes. He IS a Rocket, so anyone willing to let their character be parted with various coin, baubles, etc would also be fun!
Recent post: None, but soon a post will be going up to acknowledge his (SURPRISING) win of the Contest Spectacular, because you bet he's going to want to show off his loot and continue to brag about Mad and her hunger for destruction.

Cliffnotes: Angel's been away from Pandora (AKA dead) for two years now, give or take a few months of being out of the game. In that time, she's grown quite a bit. She loves making friends and exploring, and she's gotten a lot more confident in her own independence. She's also never too far from Krieg, so if your character has gotten to know him of late, there's a perfect in to talk to Angel right there.

She has a relatively amicable relationship with Jack, at least as long as she stays as far away from him as possible. If you're in his cabal, she might be a little bit wary of you.

Looking for: Give Angel more friends! But also, anyone who's willing to possibly argue with her about Jack because he's been pretty good about currying favor here in the Poke-World. People that are willing to teach her or take her under their wing would be great too.

It's kind of sad, Hank was at the top of his class at the academy but put him in front of something that's not cop stuff and he's stumbling all over himself. So he's very much in need of help (if Ford can put up with knowing more grumpy people).

Mabel is the living embodiment of rainbows and sunshine that does her best to make everyone feel special and will stand up for anyone even if she's just met them. She's a giant goof that loves to make sweaters, crushes on boys after meeting them and loves solving mysteries and getting into trouble alongside her twin brother Dipper! She may not seem like it but Mabel is pretty rough and tumble when she has to be and will throw herself head first into things no matter what the consequences may be. (Listen the first time she arrived in Johto she got put into jail because she stole a bunch of Skitties from the Skitty Lady.)

Looking for:
EVERYTHING!!! Mabel is going to be traveling around with Dipper to finish up the scavenger hunt as much as possible on the Kanto side of things and they may or may not be planning on trying to find Celebi--WHO KNOWS. :'D I'd love for her to get into some Rocket Shenanigans at some point and in general just meet more people!

Canon: The Ancient Magus Bride
Cliffnotes: (CONTENT WARNING: Suicide mention)
So Chise comes from a world full of magic so she's very use to weird stuff. When she was around four years old, her mother threw herself off a balcony after almost killing Chise (she was possessed by a demon at the time), leaving Chise alone since her father had disappeared with her younger brother some time before. She's only recently found herself with a family of sorts and is starting to come into her own as a person rather than seeing herself as a curse like everyone she was passed along to had called her, learning that bad things followed her and that she could see strange things because she is something called a Sleigh Beggy. (A powerful magic user with a weak physical body, resulting in a shortened lifespan. They are highly sought in the magical world and typically bought by other magic users on the black market.)

Looking for:
Friends. She needs them. I'm always down for negative CR, of course, but this girl needs to meet people and build relationships because she's lived a very sheltered life. I'd love to find her a traveling companion of some sort even!

Canon: Final Fantasy XV

Noctis is the hire to the throne of the Kingdom of Insomnia and no one is making it easy for him to get there. His kingdom was attacked while he was heading off to get married, his father murdered by the Empire which means Noctis was suddenly dealing with a lot more responsibility than ever before. Not only that but he's also the destined "King of Kings" that will purge the darkness from the world and revitalize the light once more. (aka he's destined to die so the rest of the world can survive.) But there's hope! Despite all the bullshit he's been through Noctis just recently returned to the Pokemon World after a few months at home where he was canon updated to Episode Ignis, verse two which opened up an alternate ending route for the game! Rather than being forced to face his destiny by Ardyn, his ancestor, Noctis chose to do so and fell asleep only to wake up in the Pokemon world for a second time.

Looking for: Friends, enemies, frenemies. Noctis is going to be taking it easy this time around and spending a bit of time over in Kanto to start as he rebuilds his Karp Squad and gets his Pokemon back. I'm down for anything people may want to throw at him!

He's a 71 year old with twelve phds and an unfairly good physique from spending the last 30 years trying to not die on alien planets. He's also a silly dweeb who collects malformed jellybeans and plays tabletop games. Most recently he got his final gym badge and he's getting ready to face the Elite Four. He's also something of a meme on the pokenet. Ask anyone for their Ninetales Guy macros.
Looking for: Honestly Ford is good for so much. He can be a mentor, he can be a foil, he can be a workout buddy, he can argue with you about how Pokemon work (he has a lot of theories). If you're looking for negative CR, he can be Petty and boy can he hold a grudge. I'd also love more battles for him, friendly or not! And don't worry, I love it when he loses.
