it's a game, and i've got to play it
At that size, I'm not surprised.
Outward appearances don't say much for what else may be going on beneath the surface. But people like it to be easy, and neat. It's simpler to not look beyond the surface.
So cute and soft is easy. Ugly is hard to face, easy to ignore.
