There are other systems to be dismantled other than the physical, actual government, of course, such as societal systems. The government merely exists to reinforce these deeply-entrenched societal systems, and does not serve to question the status quo. Take away government, and these systems could still exist. Therefore, it is possible to still be an anarchist without the existence of government.

I believe there is also an organization called Team Rocket that works to steal other people's Pokémon, though they haven't troubled anyone recently. Plenty of people have taught them their lesson.

She splits her attention between watching Turtonator rampage and listening to Egon pretty well, and her gaze starts to drift back towards the screen as he goes on.]

Her name is Kölliker, although I doubt what pronouns one uses will make much of a difference--her brain is highly developed to the point where the concept of gendered words are unnecessary and extraneous. She is only a few weeks old, and I have been recently attempting to have a psychic conversation with her.
