[Children. Just like they had been children when the Wall had fallen. In war, sacrifices had to be made. He knows that. He believes in that. But still... children? What could possibly justify that sacrifice?]

What was Commander Hange thinking enacting a plan like that?

[His voice isn't angry, not yet. It's filled with disbelief if anything. Armin honestly doesn't have a lot of personal experience with Hange yet, and while he knows that they are not a strategist in the same way Erwin was one (but then, who really was? Erwin was rather unique in his skills) he would've never expected a plan like this to come from them. But perhaps there had been no other way?

Tho', the first two I've caught are a bird and a worm, but Armin says they "evolve" into bigger things. The bird is going to end up big enough to ride someday.

[And part of Armin could understand why some soldiers would've felt the need to do that. Many of them had lost family members when the Wall had fallen. It would be easy for the hate that had once been present for the titans to transfer over onto Marley and then onto its citizens. So yes, Armin could understand why someone would feel an impulse like that.

But none of that justified actually acting on said impulse. Marley as a whole might have attacked Paradise, but its citizens weren't responsible for it. Especially not the children. The only thing actions like that would lead to would be another cycle of hatred.]

There were a lot of different recipes to try and they all made way more than I expected and it just kind of got out of hand.

They have to gain a level, which happens when they battle, so I don't think you have to be worried right now.

I don't know. This one might consider sitting still a fight.

I hope it doesn't happen for awhile, he's already enough.

You'd have to check your... [What was it called again?] Pokedex, to see what it turns into, if it does at all. Sometimes they don't change much.

What a magnificent idea! It would certainly bring cheer to all of the Pokemon who are recovering, and their trainers as well!

But, yes, I insist on repaying you somehow for such a kind offer. Would a Pokemon Egg suffice?

Evolution made it even more devious, they work together in packs to hunt prey. Their sharp claws can cut through boulders and will give you frostbite.

Ha! Looks like you've got trouble on your hands there. And here I thought the first Pokemon they give you was supposed to be an ease-in sort of thing, but you ended up with a hellion.

[And Sneasel is just yowling and climbing up her to wrap it's scrawny arms around her neck. Headbutting her chin.

Why this? Mikasa just, she just ignores it and stares at Jean.]

He isn't that bad... When there isn't food, or other people...

[After Eren's younger days, this was easy.]

[Jean's first instinct is also to bring Eren up, but... In front of Mikasa, after they all haven't seen him in ages? Even he could tell that would cross a line.]
