[Great. This is just great. Big brother swooping in, killing the mood, and ruining any chance Kaeya has at a good night. His face falls ever so slightly, as if only minorly inconvenienced.]

Can't you be removed from this sort of establishment for loitering?

Oh, you might be right.

[Diluc holds up two fingers, motioning for the bartender's attention. With his eyes locked on Kaeya, he says: ]

Two orders of grape juice, please.

[The smirk is actually infuriating when it's on Diluc's face instead of Kaeya's. He wants to knock it right off of that baby face.]

Virgin for my brother, here. I'll take mine fermented.

[dilusional]

Oh, no, no, I'm afraid I must insist that they both be non-alcoholic.

[He places a hand on Kaeya's shoulder -- the one closest to him, in fact.]

My acquaintance gets quite embarrassing when inebriated, and I would be remiss to leave your hardworking staff to deal with that mess.

[Don't mind Kaeya, rather forcibly brushing Diluc's hand off of himself. Diluc is lucky that Kaeya doesn't have a sword, or else he might now be missing his hand.]

Don't be ridiculous. I've already been served, and the only one I embarrass is you -- which is practically my job!

[And since all else has failed, he puts a decent stack of... weird, foreign money that he doesn't quite understand. He does know that it's almost triple the cost of the drinks, at least.]

[Kaeya stares between the bartender and Diluc for a moment.

Then he twists around to get up and walk over to the other end of the bar, where he proceeds to order a flight of sickly sweet, artificial fruit-flavored shots. Because he is clearly going to need to be trashed to tolerate Diluc's antics tonight.

And as the cherry on top, Vulpix whacks Diluc's leg with her tails as she struts by behind Kaeya.]

[Well, that was hardly a satisfying conclusion. Nevertheless, Diluc seems to be enjoying his spot, and now there's more juice for him. He sips it as elegantly as one might sip a wine. He doesn't break eye contact the entire time.]
