Ruins, I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE A GARRETT

It's definitely creepy, isn't it?

[The light, friendly voice really belies the words it's actually saying. Following after the words is the man speaking them, strolling into view. Claude's found the ruins pretty fascinating ever since his first visit, and occasionally when he has free time he comes back just to poke around some more. It's nice to have a little company sometimes, though. The quiet of the place - and certain ominous touches, like the radio signals here - can become a little oppressive after awhile.]

I don't know if there's anything actually ghostly about that signal, though. I think the sounds are somehow tied to the pokémon you find around here, although how they affect the radio I couldn't begin to tell you. This world has scientists who've been studying those questions for years and they haven't figured it out, though, so I doubt we're going to get answers anytime soon.
