[He offers a gentle smile, and his Scorbunny nods and fistpumps a little.]

He's this tall, except when he's this tall. [She holds her hands at roughly stuffed animal height and then at little boy height.] He wears a red scarf.

[Maria beams at him.] Uu. Sakutaro is the best lion in the world. And the best friend.

Uu! [She nods.] Mama made him for Maria's birthday years ago! He's the only one in the world like him! I was gonna name him Sakura, but Mama said he was a boy, so I named him Sakutaro instead!

[Trey's Scorbunny, now apparently bored with perching on her trainer's shoulder, scrambles down and hops over to Maria, bouncing a couple of times and extending her arms like she wants to be picked up.]
