Re: 2
Nnnye- nnnn....er-
[The hands giving him a gentle shakedown seemed to make his ability to speak suffer another debilitating blow, but it didn't stop him from reaching up to grab Aziraphale's biceps in a probably slightly painful grip. He swallowed hard, struggling to say something intelligent.]
S'that really you, Aziraphale?
[His voice was weak with hope, hesitation, and the beginnings of relief. He'd lost the angel once before and the thought of being somewhere without his friend wasn't something he'd allowed himself to ponder too much in his short time here. At his feet, Snivy gazed up at Aziraphale with curiosity in his eyes, then over to the Indeedee and Skitty who were trailing behind the other man. He remained silent though did give a little nod to the other Pokémon.]

[Half a second too late, Aziraphale remembered the fire. When he was discorporated, he hadn't been able to see Crowley, but the anguish in his voice had been palpable. They never really did unpack that whole incident, not together anyway.]
Sorry. It is me, don't fuss. Who is this?
[His tone was a little withdrawn, but the apology was sincere. He looked briefly down towards the Snivy to indicate who he meant; his own Pokémon were chirping, apparently in conversation with it.]
no subject
I'm not fussing. That's your job.
[His tone was lacking in the good natured teasing it usually held but he was trying, bless it. The question made him glance down at Snivy who was nodding or responding to the creatures by Aziraphale.]
Er...lizard thing. Pokémon. Not one I've ever seen before though. Keeps saying 'Snivy' so I assume that's what it's called, but...just been calling it Lizard. How long have you been here?
[Aziraphale had two of the creatures after all. Thinking back to before he'd woken up here, Crowley didn't remember Aziraphale being gone. They'd been spending more time together now that they didn't have Heaven and Hell looming over their shoulders and he would have noticed if the angel had gone missing.]
no subject
[Aziraphale said the last bit with a little huff. The Skitty - likely the good Professor herself - was racing around the four of them, alternately stopping to sniff at shoes or rub her face in the dirt.]
I've only been here for a day or so myself, and there's a woeful lack of decent transportation. I've had to go camping.
[He was using the sort of tone typically reserved for subpar food or people trying to buy books at his shop.]

Maxwell...and...Professor Tiptoes.
[He leaned very slightly to the side to peer down at the two creatures that Snivy was investigating, the little pink catlike one making him grimace. The pout in Aziraphale's voice at the word 'camping' made Crowley glance back at his friend, something in him finally adjusting to everything all at once. Aziraphale was here. They'd been in tighter spots than this. Except...]
My powers're gone. I have to breathe. I dunno how we got here, angel, but whoever put us here made us mortal. Human.
[Snivy was having a grand time conversing with Indeedee - or Maxwell as he apparently went by - and watched Professor Tiptoes slowly turn brown. He turned his big eyes up to Aziraphale again, sizing him up a bit. He seemed a more rational human than Snivy's own trainer so he decided Aziraphale would at least be a good influence.]
no subject
[The revelation made Aziraphale sigh a bit and shake his head.]
I had been hoping it was just me. I've never felt so...
[He cast about, looking for the words. For once his loquaciousness left him grasping.]
Confined, I suppose? To this corporation. That it is me, instead of an experience. How do humans stand it?
no subject
Guess we're about to find out. Hopefully this is just temporary.
[He glanced about, hearing a rustling in the grass not far off. He'd played the Pokémon game when it had first come out - he was all about the newest gadgets and electronics and the Game Boy had been a fascination of his for a few years - and he knew that there was something over there that might not be too friendly should they bother it.]
I think there's a town at the end of this route that might be a bit more welcoming to travelers. Shall we stick together?
no subject
[Aziraphale cut off sharply when the Skitty darted into the bushes in the direction of the rustling commotion. He grumbled.]
Tips... come along, I suppose.
[His shoes were not built for tromping off the path but he made a valiant effort to push through the brush with some amount of dignity.]
