[Ulaz was also keeping an eye on them. Even though he had not had Foudre long, he had learned of her kind's tendency to want to chase things for as long as possible (poor caterpies...) and also that if something stood up to them, they'd likely retreat. He, of course, wanted to make sure that she was not behaving in such a manner to another's partner, especially when all it clearly wanted was to be friends.

So he was pleased to see that Foudre had no such intentions and went up to Togepi happily and gave it a little nuzzle]


It seems to depend on the individual and perhaps on the kind as a whole. I have noticed that generally they are sociable. Foudre seems to be less sociable with wild Pokemon, but is better with ones that have a trainer.

[Maybe because chasing around wild pokemon was free game since only her partner could object to that]
