[Reluctantly Levi focuses the device so they can see him begrudgingly holding a Togepi in his arms. The Pokemon itself seems quiet happy and is making all sorts of noise. His uniform appears to be torn and worn and in need of repairs. He looks exhausted, but is more surprised to hear and see Armin....Not exactly the Armin he is used to. He wasn't expecting to see anyone here. He tilts his head in surprise that is quickly replaced with a neuteral expression as he straightens himself.]

This creature appears to be extremely young...I doubt it's can help...at least not yet.

[He noted the delay, but refrained from commenting on it. Things were different here and they weren't back at home. He also needed to know what Armin exactly knew before held him responsible and how to handle the soldier.]

I want a report on what you last remember and what has been happening here.
