Heh. I don't know about you, but I've never met a domesticated animal who could use magic. [ _{Corrin has been here for a little while and now, and yet ... he still equates Pokémon moves to those akin to tomes. How can a thunderbolt attack not resemble a lightning magic attack from a spell book?} ]

In my home kingdom, you usually have to rely on tomes to use magic. These creatures can do the very same thing without one. Like - using a thunder attack. Or an attack which summons the likes of water or fire. But even though my world was torn apart by war, these guys ... really seem to like fighting one another. Strange, isn't it?

Some beasts I've seen can do something similar. But not at this small size. I've seen Murkrow summon wind at least, which seems fitting.

Heh. I know that very well since I am a beast who can do similar! ... Or, well, I used to be able to. Arriving in this place made my dragon powers stop working for some reason.

Oh! Well, I am still human. I could shift between living as a human and a dragon... so... [ _{NOT HELPING, CORRIN! NOT HELPING!!!!} ]

Humans can't transform, so claiming that... it's a bit delusional.

[Said with an almost friendly tone. The kind of friendly that could be very dangerous]

technically, Corrin was born as a human and didn't waken his dragon form until later on in life as a child of the Silent Dragon, but ... it didn't change the fact that he still was a dragon from birth, even though it didn't physically show until later, when he was plunged into grief and lost his humanity for a hot minute.</sub> ]

I can't show you here since my powers don't work, but I could transform between a human and a dragon. Really. [ _{He combs his fingers through his hair with nerves, which makes his draconic ears become visible to the man at the other end of his video feed oh nooooooooooo} ]

[ <sub>he knew Hubert was ... uh..... showing a lot of intimidating behaviour, so Corrin thought a little bit of kindness might help?? maybe???????? this is just how his brain worked ok. he'll always try to show his intentions are good no matter what! if Hubert was scared of dragons (LMAO) maybe showing him that he's a nice dragon will help.

Hopefully you aren't disappointed. It's okay if you find it scary to meet a half-dragon. I was pretty scared myself when I first transformed.
