ELIZE is super cute but... anders has the distinct feeling there's more to her than Cute. especially with how she behaved around the skulls in goldenrod? she may be young and seem shy but she got FIERCE when someone innocent was threatened. he can hazard some sort of guess that that wasn't the first time she took it upon herself to stand up for someone weak, and it definitely won't be the last. she definitely seemed more comfortable being brave around her friends, be it her pokemon or other people. having been taking from his home at the same ripe age of 12, he rly feels for her not having anybody from home here, and he really wants to see some of those people show up for her sake.

he definitely wants to get to know her better! maybe find out just what she and her friends from home did together. he kinda guesses that it wasn't exactly kid-friendly but he doesn't really have room to criticize, considering his world isn't really cushy for pretty much anyone, much less children.

he likes how cheerful she is at the right times once she's comfortable. definitely wants to see her smile more! hopefully he can help :3c

tl;dr: he wagers she is very likely a secretly badass child in spite of overwhelming adorableness
