[Dimitri does so like to drop by Sprout Tower whenever he has cause to be in Violet City - a rare enough occurrence that it never lessens the impact the gently swaying tower gives upon him. He has seen it mostly with other people, taking them to the Violet Gym so that they may get the badge which permits them to fly through the air. Today it is just a small errand to help things along with the construction that is going on back in Olivine, and to meet up again with Felix for a quick meal and maybe Couple Time together.]
