Likes people of all ages and types, and is always happy to help more recent arrivals. Leader of the Lunar Gym, open four nights per week! ...Except that's not happening this month, is it. Looking for: Cecil will be starting out with a Hisui Sneasel and probably catching a Teddiursa along the way, which means he'll be aiming to buy a Peat Bloc (and maybe a Razor claw?), which means he'll be doing a lot of gathering missions. So, if anyone wants a mission buddy who can hold the metaphorical bags, he's up for it!
