CHARACTER Name Kazuki Hihara; forsaintcecilia Canon: La Corda d'Oro and basically every canon piece of media it involves (which is more than you'd expect)
Cliffnotes: Canonically, Kazuki is a B-lister in an old otome game that I'm obsessed with. He's the cheerful one with endless energy that desperately wants to be the mature senpai, but secretly knows that he's really kind of a dweeb. I play him from manga/anime canon (mostly) where he more or less spends his entire college career pining after someone who's Just Not That Into Him. Thankfully he didn't go the incel route and is totally respecting of said girl's decisions, but he's kind of romantically traumatized from the whole ordeal.
In VR, he's like. 24 now? Yikes. His main bag is that he owns a inn/Pokemon rehab center called the Silver Horn. Literally anyone is welcome to stay or work there! He's also a musician (that's what his own canon revolves around) and plays the trumpet professionally. Someday, he'd like to get into teaching kids music on a public education level.
Looking for: I'm honestly open to anything with Kazuki, both good and bad CR. Some things he excels at are, taking in newbies while they get used to the Pokemon world, taking in people who just need a place to heal or chill out, getting together with people who do just about anything musical or performative, and being helpful in general.
I also admit that he's pretty damn easy to take advantage of. For one, he has a terrible habit of biting off more than he can chew and working himself to the bone, especially for the sake of others. He'd set himself on fire if it meant he could keep someone else warm. He's also just kind of a weakling, and awful at Pokemon battles. If you ever want an easy target, he might be your guy!
Honestly, right now, he just needs to make some new friends, and get to know some of the newer friends he's made already better. He's got a solid core of CR he can rely on but I really want him to be a more expansive part of the game. It might be difficult with my current mental stamina, but I think if more people knew him / he knew more people, I might be able to connect with things a little better.

✓ Battle encounters with Rockets ✓ Non-battle, but still hostile encounters with Rockets (think something like getting robbed of a rare item or getting scammed) ✓ Temporarily losing a pokemon to a Rocket X Permanently losing a pokemon to a Rocket ✓ Prom shenanigans A note: a couple of years ago, some rockets attacked the Silver Horn and stole a mother Meganium (not Kazuki's, just a wild Pokemon he was caring for) that was staying there. At least one of the characters that was involved in that is no longer in game, not sure about the other. If any Rockets would ever want to pick up that hanging thread, or if anyone wants to help Kazuki possibly rescue said Meganium, I would be totally open to that!
