The machine broke and we spent weeks getting the parts to fix it. When we finally did, something went wrong again and we ended up ... in some kind of weird space of nothingness. Arceus showed up and seemed mad at us for what we'd done. Apparently we broke the space-time continuum or something like that? He fixed it and sent us back. Honestly, I still don't really know what happened there and I'm kinda mad if he was mad. What did he expect us to do when we got stranded? He could have sent us back any time, but he didn't." He shakes his head. "Well, anyway, at least we came out of it alright."
