Then take an entire herd of them, have a massive thunderstorm push em to eleven and then have the herd go charging down a long, straight road with no turns or nooks you can hide in. That's what happened to me." He smiled and began to weave his story to Roxas.

"I'd hopped off the bike to try and get out of the rain for a bit and dry off. Luckily I had several Pokemon with me; they noticed the stampede before I did. My Rapidash, she was just a Ponyta then, warned everyone and led the way, and Crash got me on his back and charged down with her. He couldn't outrun them but being on his back meant I didn't get crushed, and the bike was probably trampled to dust. He took their shocks like it was nothing and when they passed, he let me ride him until we made it to the next town." Ash spoke with all the charm of a storyteller, and on telling how Crash had helped saved his life, knelt and gave his head a hug. Crash snorted and nuzzled into him happily.
