I am unsure what to expect! The melted cheese reminds me that of a baked onion soup, but it obviously isn't anything close to that. I cannot put my finger down as to what it would taste like.

Apologies. I am particularly unfamiliar with such a notion! [It's not a bad idea. Owning multiple restaurants in different places. He just can't fathom how one could maintain it. The modern world is rather wild to him.]

I cannot fathom someone being able to manage having multiple establishments so far from each other. It just isn't something that I have seen with my own eyes before.
