Well. That's quite a sight.

The Galarian Ponyta traveling with Shinobu looks highly unimpressed with this display (and honestly, so is Shinobu), and even the Misdreavus looks reproachful. Fortunately, Shinobu's Houndour (a new teammate, picked up in Goldenrod proper) steps in with a few well-placed fire attacks to back up Jules's poor Porygon before he gets into too much trouble. Then Shinobu turns his attention to the Porygon. "Are you all right?" he asks it.

"Pory." The Porygon is fine, just a bit exasperated, and it's firing off a few Tri Attacks at the Joltik.

Jules, for his part, has managed to trip over his own feet and go tumbling down in a tangle of too-long limbs. "...I'm alright." Wait, no, a Joltik is on top of his head now. He's just realized this. "I'M NOT ALRIGHT, I'M NOT ALRIGHT!"
