[For a moment, Lanque considers retorting, but then decides against it. His interest in this continued exchange bottoming out, and instead he merely watches the other boy as he walks away. Pulling out his 'gear once he's out of sight, resuming whatever it was that he was doing.

Until a moment later, when his Salandit slinks out from behind Lanque, gazing up at him with discontent. Meeting that gaze, he quirks an eyebrow.]

...Well? Go back out there, and make sure you lose them this time. I hardly want to deal with such a whiny fucking bore again.

[The salandit rolls his eyes, before scurrying off to find another fool to fall for his faking. Lanque turning back to his 'gear while he waits.]
