[Unfortunately for Yuzu, her lack of awareness for her surroundings is exactly how one Hagakure plops down on the bench next to her, his arm thrown across the back with a casual air that would suggest they're best friends. But they're not best friends, are they? They're complete strangers!

That doesn't stop Hagakure though, and one of his large hands claps Yuzu's shoulder with a growing familiarity as he leans in close to her.]

Hey little miss! Spare some change?

[He's grinning wide down at her, and... oh boy, now that he's so close, he really stinks doesn't he? When was the last time he showered...?]

I saw you comin' out of that spa, you probably won a lot of dosh on the route up here, eh? So why not spread the love? Here: I'll even give you a discount for a fortune telling session! Usually it's a thousand dollars for two hours, but for you, I'll do it for nine hundred!

[songstressedout]

[ Well, there has officially never been another person who has ever screamed "stranger danger" so loudly... and Yuzu's been kidnapped before! In accordance with everything she's ever been taught for this kind of scenario she:

1. Screams at the top of her lungs

2. Slaps him across the face

3. Drives her knee into his stomach

[ Even her Eevee is shooting him a disappointed look now. ]

[First, Hagakure winces at the scream, because ow??? Next, the sting in his cheek hits him before he even realizes he's been slapped. Then lastly, that knee drives into his stomach and the wind? Well, it's no longer in his lungs.

(Perhaps later he will be happy she aimed higher than she could have).

Hagakure doubles over though, falling nervelessly from the bench and onto the ground while clutching his stomach.]

S-Sorry...! [He wheezes harshly, with stars in his eyes and tears on his lashes,] p-p-please don't hurt me! I'm weak, I promise! I-I'm just broke...!

[Poor Hagakure... his bad luck with women continues.]

[ A few minutes ago, she might've felt bad. This is a really weird situation, after all... but right now? Absolutely not. ]

To say sorry, how about I give you your fortune for six hundred smacks? I've already seen it, so I can just tell you! [He rolls on his side, just to clap his hands together in front of his face in apology.]

Just please don't hurt me any more!! I'm really not strong, okay?!

Huh!? My fortune!? I don't want my fortune from someone who tried to swindle a 14-year-old girl!

[ Repeating what's been stated but... yeah, it wasn't doing anything great for his credibility. She wasn't sure if 'smacks' was some kind of slang for money or he was offering to let her smack him 600 more times, but she frankly didn't care. ]

[And... Hagakure actually looks pissed now. It's almost impressive how quickly his emotions can swing from one extreme to the next, but now he's glaring up at Yuzu from the ground.]

I've seen your future, and it says you're going to come across a lot of hardships on your journey! [Whether he's speaking the truth or not... she will never know.] I'd be careful of caves if I were you!! My prediction accuracy is thirty percent, you know!

[ Watch me have Yuzu experience unnecessary levels of trouble in the first cave she enters. Why? Because it would be funny.

PERV!! CREEP!! SCUM!! THE WORST!! I HOPE YOU CHOKE ON RICE!!

[ And with another kick for good measure, she storms off, absolutely fuming. ]
