[Ulaz took a moment after she spoke to settle Poochyena on his shoulder. It was small enough compared to him to sit there and didn't seem at all bothered]

It had never been my intention to cause you or any of the others harm even before I was aware Shiro was among you. The Blades always should have been on the same side as Voltron. But I also do understand that in war, any tactics can be used.

[Given that he had been stationed inside the Galra military, he knew plenty about that]

[A soft nod, and the corner of her mouth tugs every so slightly.]

Thank you. That is quite gracious of you, Ulaz. And... thank you for saving Shiro from Haggar's captivity, and for saving us as well. Your actions spoke volumes... even if I was deaf to them at the time.

[He nodded his head in understanding]

Of course. I was not aware that freeing Shiro would have such effects at the time, but her work was not something that I enjoyed witnessing. And it was only right; my life would not have replaced the effect losing Voltron would have had on the universe. I had done my part.

[Poochyena seems to know this is sad and leaned a little closer to him. Have a friend to help make it better]

I hope that Voltron has been able to do much since then.

We have. The Voltron Coalition has grown in strength and numbers since then, and we were even able to incapacitate Zarkon himself for almost a decaphoeb. And in my future... apparently Keith was able to find a lost colony of Alteans, through his work with the Blade of Marmora. He passed the trials Kolivan set for him.

[It pleased him to hear that. His sacrifice had been worth it then since Voltron and so many others had been able to fight back against the Galra Empire. None of that would have been something he could have arranged in life so it had been worth it]

It is good that the resistance to the Empire has grown and been able to fight back. Ah, so Keith is part-Galra then. He was asking about my blade when we were on the Communications Base Thaldycon, but he did not mention anything that would have told me he was.

[Another nod, her smile growing more proud.]

I'm sure Keith will tell you more himself- he is also in this world, along with most of Team Voltron and your fellow Blade Thace- but apparently his mother is also a Blade.

[Ulaz nodded] I will be sure to ask him more about it when I am able to meet up with him. It does seem like something that is better to be told by the person involved.

[Also if he hadn't figured out who the other Blade that he had been talking to, he now knew]

You have been in this place for some time then?

Yes, for about four phoebs now; some of the others have been hear for longer, a few decaphoebs. Apparently whenever one is returned to their own reality, it's to the moment they last left it, so the passage of time here isn't a concern.

That is quite a long time, to be here for decaphoebs. Though it does not seem like such a difficult place to be.
