CR MEME!
It's time for our summer CR meme. Which also features our Hisui time warp event! So feel free to use this CR meme as a plotting post for that event too.
Please share your ideas of interactions you'd love your character to have, or plots you are rolling around in your head that might need a few more folks. Is your character looking for a friend? An enemy? A rival? You could find it all here. And remember, the more detailed, the better! We all want all the CR, but specific plans, or at least a specific direction you want to take something in, will really help out everybody involved.
Like before, this CR meme will also include a template specifically geared towards Rocket CR. Please fill it in to let our Rocket members know how you feel about getting your characters involved in some crime.

Name Rei Ayanami;
Canon: Neon Genesis Evangelion
Cliffnotes: Rei Ayanami is a very quiet person. She is very sheltered and unfamiliar with how to express herself, though her time in Johto has made her a little more adept with this as she has been introduced to many new things. She is very distant and brief, occasionally blunt to the point some might consider rude, occasionally so distant it can be unsettling. Still, she has a good heart, and cares deeply for humanity and helping others. Oh, and she used to pilot a giant sentient robot that may or may not have contained part of her own soul. You know, no biggie.
Looking for: Her best friend Louie recently left Johto, so she's been a little lonely. Characters who are willing to help her broaden her horizons/introduce her to new things. Gentle souls. Other outcasts/oddballs. Other kids/teenagers.
Recent post: Rei is definitely going to be helping out at Hisui pokemon camp by patrolling to keep it safe.
