He assumes the newcomer is just some jogger up until he speaks, but his words make the colour drain from his face. Neither Pokémon is in sight at this point, and while he trusts his own to come back to him... he does feel sort of responsible for the disappearing Scorbunny.]

[At least not if he sticks with his Vulpix. She isn't fast enough to have gone as far as the Scorbunny, and he's fairly certain she wouldn't stray too far without him.]

You know, if you hadn't finished racing yet he technically forfeited.

[It's hard to know what Min-Gi looks more alarmed by. Is it the sheer amount of races that they've done (surely over a long stretch of time...), or the suggestion that he might be a runner.
