[It was hard to maintain her grimace, what with the laughs threatening to burst from her lips.]

ALAS, Anders will take matters into his own hands, and dip her down for a passionate kiss -- that lasts about two seconds before he loses his balance and pitches forward on top of her.

[Not even a small oof could escape Hawke as she hit the ground. Instead, the air simply rushed out of her lungs as Anders toppled over onto her.]

[Why did this keep happening?]

Maker, get off of me! [She shoved at the man, legs kicking frantically as she did]

[He does his best to just roll off of her, and laughs as he does so. Even once his guffaws dissolve into chuckles, he cranes his neck to smooch at the corner of her lips.]

No worse than having a feather land on me, love. [She reached out, taking his face into her hands. She laid another smooch on him, this time one that (at least hopefully) didn't end with someone collapsing.]
