[Radley takes a couple of his in his arms. Two more ride on his shoulders, while the remaining two walk under the umbrella.]

Sure. Let's just hope we can get back to the town without too much trouble.

( serenity can't help but to laugh at the sheer amount of eevees hanging about the taller man. she walks with him, sticking somewhat close to ensure that she's under the the umbrella with him and the pokemon. )

Lets hope that it's not too far then!

[The Eevees and Skitty definitely adore him. He seems used to carrying so many and moves easily, avoiding puddles on the trek. Soon they see the covered bridge just outside of Violet City.]

Great! Here's some shelter. We can either stay here or go on into town.

( she finds it really cute that the pokemon are so comfortable around him, they can do that kind of thing with him. it's sweet!

serenity manages to miss ( most of ) the puddles on the way to violet city and looks up at the bridge when they arrive. the cover over it is a relief and she glances to, and smiles at, radley. )

Great! Should we go there and regroup from the rain? And, well, can you tell me a little about this city? I might need to find somewhere to stay a while, at least until the rain stops and I can get my bearings.

[Radley walks slow enough for her and the Pokemon to keep up, and tries to help with the puddles.]

Yeah, let's do that. Violet City is interesting. There's Sprout Tower, which is supposed to be haunted. I haven't checked it out too much, since it's battling all the way to the top. There's a Gym here too. I think it's the Bug gym? Or the bird one; it's hard to keep them all straight sometimes.

( once near enough, she heads up toward the covered bridge and settles to take a moment to figure out what they're going to do. )

H- Haunted? That sounds really scary... I'd have to have someone like Joey with me to even try to face something like that! Oh! Huh, a gym... I hear those are difficult. Is there any place to rest like an inn?

[Radley smiles a bit.]

I can do without the ghosties myself.

Yeah, there's several places like that, and the Pokemon Center too. You can stay there free.

Free sounds just about my price...

( being new, she doesn't really have a whole lot of money to spend on too fancy an inn. the pokemon center would definitely do. )

Can you tell me where it is in the City so I can make my way there?

We need to go there anyway to start teleporting back home, so we can take you.

[Evie warbles happily.]

Teleporting? You can teleport? That sounds kind of scary...

[crystalmaster]

It only works traveling to the next town over, and then the next one from there, but it's useful. We have to wait several minutes between each teleport or we'll get real dizzy.
