StaryuTube is for people and Pokemon to post videos they made. A channel is someone's account.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. People don't feel physical pain, but I hate seeing them in pain. I don't battle unless I have to.

[No he didn't]
So it's different than capsule monsters. I wondered since these creatures spend most of their time in their own sort of capsules if there were any other similarities. That's good to know.

[Wait. Does this mean he's buying into the idea that this guy is actually from the future?]
.. but it was weirder than that. Instead of being just a board game it was like it was a real thing, and you were inside the game. Kind of like this place, but without the elevator music.

You see there were these 5 riddles to solve and it was all a huge headache.
no subject
Riddles, huh? I might have been pretty good at those.
no subject
If I could remember them, I'd test you. Let's see.. there was something about going to the valley of light, breaking an unbreakable rock and using a power that's greater than brute force.... I don't know, it was written in hieroglyphics, I couldn't read it.
no subject
Hmm. Well, that last one sounds like it could mean something cheesy like the power of love.
no subject
The power of love sure took on an odd form then.. [Thinking back on that duel armor that the pharaoh was sporting when he rocked into the battle to stop it] You're not far off though. The point of the riddle was that fighting wasn't the answer at all. Maybe you would have been useful on the trip.
no subject
Huh, interesting. Yeah, I might have liked taking a crack at it.
no subject
... but that would kind of be impossible now.
no subject
Yeah, right now we've got this other situation going on.
no subject
That's the truth. At least thanks to you I have an idea of where to start.
[He's already got a list of contacts, and he knows that he won't be hit with the same damage his monsters are. It's a good start]
no subject
He's most definitely a dueling legend! Everyone knows the name Yugi Muto.
I'm glad I could help! A lot of us seem to be showing up here.
no subject
So... what about his friends. Does anyone know who Tristan Taylor is?
[The ego has to ask]
Yeah, it's kind of strange how that's happening.
no subject
Maybe whoever's doing this thinks we're a good fit for this place.
no subject
[That's better than he could have hoped for really]
Maybe- I can understand why they would have selected some people you mentioned... but...
[Look. He knows he's not much of a gamer. Sometimes he plays the odd game with his friends, or when he's forced to for survival but he's not a big name in the industry. His selection seems random]
no subject
Honestly, I don't get why I was chosen either. I'm a businessman.
no subject
Aren't you a duelist? Huh, I was kind of under the impression that you were.
no subject
I duel, but I wouldn't call myself a Duelist. I could be if I wanted to, I suppose. I'm more in the business of ... hiring Duelists, you could say. Or I was, at least.
no subject
Hiring them to do what exactly?
no subject
Duel, naturally. It's ... complicated. Another man and I were fighting for control of a mining town. He set up a system of each putting up a Duelist every night, and the loser would go to work for the boss of the winner in the mines. We paid them well, and Duelists came from all over the place to fight for us. It wouldn't have been a bad set-up, only my rival is a cruel man and he let his guards torture his miners. I could never prove it, but as time went on, it was obvious it was true. I tried to overthrow him, but the best we were able to do was hold him off from taking over completely.
no subject
Man, that just burns me up the way some guys think they can treat their employees however they want. None of the miners would ever come forward?
no subject
Malcolm and his men were real pieces of work. The miners are coming forward now, but back then, they couldn't. Whenever any of them tried to escape Malcolm's mine, they were caught again.

oops I just saw that message, but it worked out on it's own. Sorry!
