Everyone Botan knows at least on a surface level is getting a gift box of special sweets made by her.

Frisk is getting a Drampa plush, because she saw his friend during fourth wall and they were selling these so why not

Asriel is getting a Rockruff plush because they were also selling these when she was on the island trip so why not

Elsa, speaking of island trips, is getting an Alola form Vulpix. Don't ask her how she accomplished this, Botan works in mysterious ways. She also gets a bracelet because giving her jewelery on Christmas is the tradition okay. This comes with a note saying if she ever needs anything, give her a call any time.
