Walter's most likely going to be giving things to people who give him things first because he doesn't celebrate Christmas, but will be overwhelmed by the kindness being shown and will feel like he has to repay it somehow! His gifts will probably come around New Years. So far that means;

Pacifica: A decent sleeping bag that might be worthy of a Northwest sleeping in it. Because why not.

Penny: A handy dandy guide on proper maintenance of steel type Pokemon.

Handsome Jack: Wouldn't you know, but he's getting two Unown. An H and a J. Is that okay?

Janey: A guide on how to write not-terrifying children's books.

Wrath: Picture book of various grass types just in case one of them jogs the kids memories.

For Henry Townshend: Several packages of UNSCENTED white candles (EMPHASIS ON THE 'UNSCENTED' PART), and a set of cute little Combee "honey spoons" for his tea to go with the usual small hoard of vaguely-festive junk food that she always gets for him. Nothing new there-- he's getting all his usual favorites. The important gift is in a small green box: a Thunderstone, nestled in tissue paper. Accompanying it is a note: "Hey, Henry. I got this for Dad way back, in case he ever wanted to evolve Hazel. It was still with his things when he left, so I've been hanging onto it. Hazel seems pretty happy as she is, but something tells me Rumble would love to have a giant lightning bolt for a tail. Merry Christmas!"

For Envy: You know that joke she made about needing to save the "big guns" for Christmas? Yeah, she said that because she had NO IDEA what to get Envy and was STALLING. It's their first Christmas as an 'item' and while neither of them are the type to go for sap, she still felt like it should be... special? Sort of? Throughout December, Heather was on a Quest (tm) to find the perfect gift. Along the way she picked up a full set of Furfrou-Frou hair-care products (everything from shampoo and conditioner to gel and mousse), a matching Milotic scale-patterned silk skirt and dress shirt, and a pineapple (she was getting desperate, it was right there in the market, bla bla insert hair joke here, SHE'S TIRED). But none of those felt special, ya know? JUST WHEN SHE'D ALMOST GIVEN UP HOPE ON CHRISTMAS EVE and was slogging home dejectedly... she spotted Cleffa's Corner, a tiny hole-in-the-wall jewelry store mostly known for making lovely Moonstone pendants and rings. Those were all fine and good, but what wound up catching her eye was a little make-your-own-charm-bracelet/necklace station where you could follow a pattern and make known constellations with little silver stars. Unfortunately, there were no instructions for Earth constellations, so she kind of had to improvise. The end result (after staying up most of the night trying to get it right) was a little shaky and haphazard-looking, but Envy's final gift is a silver necklace bearing the shapes of Canis Major and Minor. Phew.

For Lust: First things first, Lust is getting some BOOKS, because while a number of the cookbooks Heather originally got for Greed are still around the house, none of them particularly covered baking. The titles include Puffs, Poffins, and More! and Slurpuff Says It All: A Guide to Sweets from the Kalos Region, but the most important one is Cooking with Chemistry, or How to Not Set Your House on Fire by the one and only Magnalton Brown. Because if anything is going to successfully explain cooking to a Homunculus, it'll be a book specifically about the scientific aspect of it all. She's also getting a nice leatherbound journal, ink, and Honchkrow-quill pens for all her script-writing endeavors.

For Alphonse Elric: Several volumes of Combusken Soup For the Soul, featuring as many heartwarming true Pokemon stories as weirdly-upsetting ones, given the title. Holy shit, CSFTS books, no one wants to hear about the baby Cubone that Mr. Fuji couldn't save that one time, even if it did teach him an important lesson about life! Fortunately, Al's also getting a cool pose-able Steelix figurine that you build yourself, as well as some grown-up coloring books and a set of pre-sharpened colored pencils, because idk, it seemed like something he'd like.

For Shiro: It's nothing huge, but Shiro will receive a little box via Pidgey mail from Heather containing a space-themed snowglobe full of pink and blue glitter and a little plastic Elygem floating around in there. He's also getting some candy canes and chocolate coins because why not.

For Dee: A Mismagius-patterned scarf that is approximately twenty feet long when laid out straight, because Heather's pretty sure Dee will find such an impractically long garment hilarious. There's also a tacky, holly-print tie for Billy-Bob the Golurk doll.

For Jack Skellington: HE'S BACK! JACK'S OKAY! To celebrate Jack's first Christmas back in Johto, Heather gathered together what she could remember of the Christmas-y items he used in his 'experiments' in the movie. Candy canes, a Teddiursa doll, a paper snowflake cut into the shape of a Spinarak (because you know that pattern was out there somewhere, goth kids exist in Johto too), a mini-chalkboard, a bag of glitter (she's not going to actually crumble up a glass ornament, sorry), etc. MERRY CHRISTMAS YOU WEIRD OLD SKELETON.

For Wreck-It Ralph: To celebrate his new Good Guy status, Heather went and found a hilariously undersized generic superhero cape and wrote DO-GOOD RALPH on it with a sharpie. But he's also getting a large sampler pack of Potions and Revives, as well as some (Ralph-sized) Timburr-patterned woolen mittens, socks, and hats for his adventures on the road.
But that's just the half of it! Heather's not about to forget Steve Buscemi, who she's sent something to almost every year. Steve gets a delightfully-illustrated storybook filled with all kinds of fairytales (the inside-cover is 'signed' by all of Heather's Pokemon-- or, well, at least the ones small enough to actually fit their marks in) and a big jar of sweet candied berries to share with the rest of Ralph's team.

For Jean Kirschtein: HER PROTEGE gets a sampler pack of Potions, Pokeballs, and Revives to help him along on his journey, because newbies can use all the free supplies they can get. He's also getting an Official Pokemon Handbook (not the most comprehensive book on training or anything, but it's got all the basics!) and a Voltorb-shaped stress ball specifically designed for Electric Pokemon to shock and take their anger out on. Blitz can now zap his tiny doppelganger instead of Jean's other Pokemon. But WILL he, is the question.

For Joker: A big fruitbasket with a note reading: SORRY ABOUT THE CONCUSSION.

For Walter Sullivan: Walter will receive a small, completely anonymous box-- no name, no note, no return address, no nothin. But his Pokemon will almost certainly be able to smell the familiar scents of Warden, Kite and Wolf on it. Inside is a package of Lava Cookies, and a tin of PokePuffs. Pretty standard. But nestled below them is something far more meaningful: the Seal of Metatron.

For Envy: In a plastic baggy, three Ragecandybars he got out of the vending machine at work. None of them are partially unwrapped or bitten into; it's a Christmas miracle. There is a piece of paper taped to it that reads: "4 NV the best hyuman fod thank u 4 beng my BROTHR iym glad u rnt lyk u were b4. mare cristms"

For Lust: An empty cassette tape. Its tape is halfway unspooled but incredibly, if wound back in it IS actually still usable. There is a piece of paper taped to it that reads: "4 LUST 4 yor sownds. mary khrismus". The fact that he even knows that you can record noises on tapes is kind of a miracle, who knows where he picked up that information. And like last year, he has also included a pudding cup. The piece of paper attached to that one reads: "4 GUTL"

For Alphonse Elric: A dirty tennis ball with a few bite-marks in it. They might be from a canine Pokemon........ but they're probably from Wrath. There is a piece of paper taped to it that reads: "4 ALL iym not mad at u 4 leeving any mor. mayb we can play somtym?? tell me if u say yes. mary crystalmys"

For Henry Townshend: A very motley assortment of candies that Wrath remembers having stolen from Henry's stash bit by bit over the past year. There are a number of knockoff brands and cough drops mixed in, and at least one fancy mint that he definitely took from a hotel lobby. Taped to the baggie containing them is a piece of paper that reads: "4 HENRE sory i stoll yor SWEETS heer r som 2 replayce them (i have NOTT licked ane) mary krystmas"

For Wreck-It Ralph: Ralph gets a small box in the mail. Inside there are two (2) dog biscuits. There is also a piece of paper inside that reads: "NOT 4 TRAYTR RALF!!!!!!!! RALF DO NOT TOUCH!!!!!!!!! thes r 4 STEEV steev i hop u hav a mary krischtmas. ralf go jump in a layke"

For Joker: A shopping bag full of coins from the Game Corner. God knows how he got hold of them, they don't exactly throw those away. There is a piece of paper taped to it that reads: "4 MY BROTHR JOKR heer r som SMALL GOLDN DISCS they r shyne and beutiful just lyk U i hop u lyk them. mary cristmis". There are also two pudding cups in the bag. There's a second note that reads: "4 ANJL and INVIDYA"

For Jimmy Darling: No horrifying baby taxidermy this time around; this year Jimmy is getting a stack of slightly-stale pancakes. Instead of a piece of paper, Wrath just wrote on one of the pancakes: "4 JiMEE i mayd thes all by MY SELF they hav lots of nutrynts and calorys to give u energe in ur ENDEAVORS i hop u lyk them MARY CRUSTMUS"

For Jack Skellington: Some honest-to-goodness bones he scrounged out of the garbage. Thankfully for everybody, they have been thoroughly cleaned. Probably at Lust's urging. There is a piece of paper taped to them that reads: "4 JACK rememmber the tym u had no SKiN????? it was vere good. mary chrysmus"

For Walter Sullivan: A wavy blond wig he stole from the department store. There is a piece of paper taped to it that reads: "4 WALTR in cays ur POK E MONs want 2 look lyk u somtyms. they will hav 2 SHARE tho. mary christmyst!!!"

For Mabel Pines: A Pokemon Egg (!!) that has been rolled in paste and glitter. There is a piece of paper taped to it that reads: "4 THE SHYNE GIRL (???) i donut kno ur naym. ANEWAYS i fownd this eg. i donut kno if it will turn into a shyning pokemon but i put glitr on it so mayb that will help?? mare crsms". The egg, with proper love and care, will hatch into a (not shiny, but still cute!) Buneary.

For Handsome Jack: A single vanilla pudding cup. It is entirely unclear if this is a passive-aggressive jab on Wrath's part, or if he genuinely believes that if Jack tries Wrath's favorite Johto Foods brand generic vanilla pudding cups, his opinion will miraculously change. There is no note.

Anyone Naminé has spoken to at least once will get: one drawing of their favorite Pokémon (assume she contacted them about it, or some such!) and a box of sugar cookies, baked, frosted, and decorated by her! They're not bad, for a start!

Xion: A seashell necklace, made by hand; a Pokéball with a little Ralts inside and a Dawn Stone, in case Xion would like to match her; a set of a hat, mittens, and scarf, all Dewgong-themed; and a drawn picture of Xion and her current party.
Lust: A box of the finest chocolates; a nice leather-bound journal and fountain pen; a deluxe box of Poképuffs for her Pokémon to share..
Riku: A set of vitamins for his Pokémon; a necklace with a pendant carved in the shape of half a paopu fruit.

For everyone Xion has spoken with recently in a positive sense, they're getting a Ben and Jerry's personal tub size of SEA-SALT ICE CREAM.

Sora: This with a note saying "it's a doll, so Riku can't tell you to take it down when Christmas is over"

Elsa, speaking of island trips, is getting an Alola form Vulpix. Don't ask her how she accomplished this, Botan works in mysterious ways. She also gets a bracelet because giving her jewelery on Christmas is the tradition okay. This comes with a note saying if she ever needs anything, give her a call any time.

JOHN'S GIFTS ARE NOT AS LATE AS I AM TO THIS MEME

Dave: Dave gets a pair of gloves that look like this, only they resemble froakies instead of normal frogs. He also gets a handmade comic which John tried to make as shitty as possible.

Jade: She gets a Vulpix and Growlithe plushie. If you press their paws they make their little Pokemon cries.

Jane: He gets her a set of clever disguises including various props such as pipes and hats so that she can accessorize as needed.

Roxy: Roxy gets a Purrloin plushie with a (very shittily) handmade wizard beard, wand, and starry wizard cape.

Dirk: Dirk gets a few figurines of My Little Ponyta characters. John didn't know which was his favorite so he just got as many different ones as he could find.

Karkat: Karkat gets a copy of Failure to Clauncher. He also gets a sentimental friendship letter.

Terezi: Terezi gets a rainbow colored scarf. She also gets a friendship letter which says that he hopes things go better for her and stuff.

Penny: A prankster's handbook with a little note telling her how proud he is of her beginning the quest to become a top-notch prankster.

Rakka: Three DVDs of Egbertian-quality Pokemon movies for her to consume, meaning mostly mediocre 80s action-adventure movies.
