[Oh hi, here comes someone who could actually help you out maybe. Except no really, she actually could relate to this to an enormous degree. On frame, Noctis could see her and her Abra, F. Scott Fitzgerald, who was passing her some more reading material from her backpack.

She was calm but she was actually readily able to help out with this situation. She'd want help too if it were her. So despite him being a stranger...]

I'm assuming none of your Pokemon know Teleport so next course is to ask you if you have any Repels.

Repels--I think I did end up with some of those.

[Look he's not exactly a pro at buying supplies and keeping track of what he has. Back home, he had Ignis and Gladio to depend on for that sort of thing.

It's a learning process and while he had made sure to get a lot of potions..

He's in the process of digging through his bag as his Munchlax looks on, frowning after a minute.]

[We all understand, Munchlax. We all understand. She looked on the situation with a bit of a frown herself. Maybe it was hard to tell, Abra was frowning too. ]

I'm assuming it's not actually agitated with you, since it's not attacking. Do you recall having any Berries at all, or food in general. Something, anything, it could be smelling.

Question also extends to Munchlax.

[Bean perked up at being addressed and with a quick "Muncha-munch munch!", the Munchlax reached a paw towards Noctis's bag. The prince obliged and lifted his bag for his companion and the little creature immediately dug around before pulling a berry out and presenting it to the camera in a pleased manner.

And what luck, it was Pomeg berry!]

[Success??? Good job, Munchlax. If she had any facial expression, she would be smiling. It was at least something to work with. She made a small "hm" sound as she seemed to be in some agreement.]

Better than nothing. If it's like anything and won't turn down free food it doesn't have to work too hard for.

[Because honestly he wasn't entire sure he was comforted by anything she was saying. What a strange person.

Turning around and, in turn, causing the video to go wonky for a moment, Noctis slowly kneels down and kind of rolls the berry towards the Phantump. The little ghost doesn't seem to even notice for a moment before it blinks and lowers itself down to investigate.

And sure enough, it scoops the berry up and starts to munch with a rather delighted look on it's face.]

Huh..it's actually not that scary when it looks like that.

Who wouldn't turn down a free meal?

[Daria was strange, that was the moral of the story.

Although, seeing as it worked and how this guy was rather gentle with the Phanthump, she...kind of decided at least this guy didn't seem all that bad. Maybe it was time to act a little sincere.]

In all seriousness, maybe it decided it didn't mind a visitor or two. Phanthumps tend to live in abandoned parts of forests.

[Glancing at the camera again, Noctis considers what she has to say about it. He didn't know anything about Phantumps--hadn't actually attempted to scan it with his pokegear--so he had no idea the story behind the little thing.

It definitely did seem lonely though...]

Should I try to catch it or something? Or just see if it wants to come with me?

[Catching Pokemon...something she still couldn't wrap her mind around ethically. So, we forcibly rip animals from their habitat for what? Breeding and training? That's the logic this place runs under. Everyone treats it like it's nothing, and a lot of the Pokemon not only don't appear to mind...it's odd.

So she seemed to go a little quiet as she fiddled with the camera as a mild distraction.]
