Ash bolted forward and snagged the Riolu, catching him in both arms and turning to Anthy. Unfortunately, Danny seemed to think it was a game and struggled with him, trying to slip out of his hold. Which led to Ash trying to grapple with his Pokemon while speaking to Anthy apologetically.

"Ah damn - he didn't hurt your one, did he?"

[The Vulpix doesn't react like she's been hurt, just that she's been startled, looking up at Anthy with quivering eyes. Anthy shakes her head.]

Mm...no, I don't think so. She's just a little scared. [Anthy begins to pet her slowly, from the back of her head to the base of her shoulder blades.] But thank you for asking.

"Aw, I'm so sorry." Ash said genuinely, looking upset too. Damn, he hadn't meant to upset the little Pokemon! He finally got a hold of Danny, who as looking down at the Vulpix curiously. They were scared by him just running by? But he was lowered and pushed forward a little. "You gotta apologise too! Go on, say sorry."

Danny looked between Ash and Henriette before shamefully holding his hands together and apologising to her. Ash smiled and pat Danny's head. "Good!" The trainer straightened and turned his smile to Anthy. All better!

[rosehecate]

[The Vulpix looks at Danny curiously before she yips in return. All is forgiven!]

It's okay. After all, it was an accident.

"Yeah, but still. Oh, name's Ash by the way. This is Danny, the Terror." The Riolu huffed at that, swiping at Ash's leg in retribute. Ash just laughed, unbothered by the hit even as it did make him readjust his footing.

[A smile.] Nice to meet you. My name is Anthy Himemiya. [She looks to the Aipom first,] This is Junior - [Then to the Vulpix,] - and this is Henriette. How do you do?
