Uh, yeah, sure!! This little guy is just totally off the chain. I know a lotta people deal with this kind of thing by, like, wearing them out with play time and stuff.

[ He angles the camera back at the charmander, who's now aggressively kicking and batting a boulder up and down the path. ]

This is just a guess but I think he wants a fight, and I can't find any wild ones around for the life of me, so I just thought some friendly competition might do it.
