Okay so. Walter fascinates Cissnei. There's a part of her--the Turk part--that is intrigued by people and wants to figure them out. Figure out their story and try to piece together everything there is about them.

But since coming here to the Pokemon World Ciss has also started to embrace being a young woman and just enjoy life for what it is. It's because of that part that she really started to view Walter as a friend and not just a puzzle to solve and now she's starting to genuinely care about his well-being. She's still very curious about his past and what exactly makes him tick but she's honestly more concerned with just making sure he gets a chance to enjoy life and experience things. And she wants to get to know him better as a friend rather than an interesting person.
