Oh, no. What I do is entirely real. The City of New York even keeps my colleagues and I on retainer.

Do you know anything about alternate dimensions and time loops?

Alternate dimensions? Plenty. I've got a dimensional doorway in my basement and frequently collaborate with alternate universe versions of myself.

As for time loops, I've never personally experienced one. I've read more than a bit about them. And we have evidence indicating one of Venkman's dimensional doppelgangers may have repeated the date of February 2nd, 1993 for an extremely prolonged period. We haven't had much of a chance to follow up on that, though.

Okay so maybe this will sound less weird then I thought saying it would. But if you have any advice, I'll take anything at this point.

.....back home. I accidently ...opened a dimensional rift or something like that with my radio on this island. And I let out these...ghosts or something. And the only way to stop them from possessing my friends was to close the rift from the inside.

And I did, only I'm in there now. And time loops on me, because I'm not in reality anymore but this never ending time loop of like a few years that all start with that night on the island. And I forget and restart every time.

I've only started to realize that I'm trapped and I thought I could send messages back to myself to stop myself from coming to the island at all but the ghosts said it would only help ....other versions of me in other timelines. Which yeah, I'm still going to try and do. They don't deserve this.

But I'm apparently stuck like this for eternity if I go back. The only reason I remember this much is because I got snatched here before time could reset on me again.

Do you think there's anything I can do to get out? Like actually get out?

Without knowing more about the situation and what resources you have on hand, I can't really say. My gut instinct says no, though.

Which doesn't preclude external help. If I can figure out your dimensional frequency, in the event I return home I could open a door there, pull you out, and then work on a way to return you to your universe of origin.
