Madeline pauses, stopping her recent attempt to climb one of the ledges. It shouldn't be this hard, but that's Pokemon World logic for you. Rhyhorn is already slowly tromping over to Xion, waiting for Madeline to follow suit.]

I really don't understand this place. It seems like such an easy thing to climb. [She sighs, shaking her head no to Xion's question.] It's okay, I'm just not used to having my normal abilities while being here, but I appreciate the offer.

Yeah, um...unfortunately a lot of stuff doesn't make sense in this world. And we don't have any special abilities. You get used to it.
