Sometimes they do, but sometimes they don't. Have you seen the weird pink ones that carry eggs in pouches at the Pokemon Centers? They're definitely not like any kind of animal I've ever seen, but they're still considered "Normal".

Nope. Apparently pink doesn't always mean Fairy. Like I said-- Semantic bullshit.

Maybe thinking too hard about it is a bad idea... On the way to the town a pink...thing with leaves on it's head jumped at me.

I saw these guys on some signs in front of stores. I thought they were made-up, but nope. Real Pokemon.

You'd think that, right? They're not poisonous, so it's not like a trick or anything. It would only be a disadvantage in the wild...

Tho', the first two I've caught are a bird and a worm, but Armin says they "evolve" into bigger things. The bird is going to end up big enough to ride someday.

He's a bit of a handful at the moment. [And it's faint, but there is a smile when she looks down to reaches out to scratch at his ear. See he can be cute, sometimes.

He says they grow in crazy spurts. After they hit a certain level-- bam. Totally different Pokemon.

They have to gain a level, which happens when they battle, so I don't think you have to be worried right now.

I don't know. This one might consider sitting still a fight.

I hope it doesn't happen for awhile, he's already enough.

You'd have to check your... [What was it called again?] Pokedex, to see what it turns into, if it does at all. Sometimes they don't change much.

Sadly there aren't any 'oh god entries' so I'm mushing them together

Evolution made it even more devious, they work together in packs to hunt prey. Their sharp claws can cut through boulders and will give you frostbite.

You're not evolving.

[She's not dealing with more trouble from him.]

Ha! Looks like you've got trouble on your hands there. And here I thought the first Pokemon they give you was supposed to be an ease-in sort of thing, but you ended up with a hellion.

[And Sneasel is just yowling and climbing up her to wrap it's scrawny arms around her neck. Headbutting her chin.

He isn't that bad... When there isn't food, or other people...

[Jean's first instinct is also to bring Eren up, but... In front of Mikasa, after they all haven't seen him in ages? Even he could tell that would cross a line.]
