CR MEME!

It's been a while since we had one of these, so lets all gather for a nice little CR meme.

Please share your ideas of interactions you'd love your character to have, or plots you are rolling around in your head that might need a few more folks. Is your character looking for a friend? An enemy? A rival? You could find it all here. And remember, the more detailed, the better! We all want all the CR, but specific plans, or at least a specific direction you want to take something in, will really help out everybody involved.

Like before, this CR meme will also include a template specifically geared towards Rocket CR. Please fill it in to let our Rocket members know how you feel about getting your characters involved in some crime.

CHARACTER
Name Radley crystalmaster
Canon: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds
Cliffnotes: Radley is an accomplished businessman with talents in multiple areas. He is also still suffering the effects of having been tortured and seeing others tortured in a mine run by his sadistic rival. He was brought here before he could emotionally recover and tends to crack or break down at having the pain dug up again. Usually, however, he'll put on a facade for as long as he can and pretend to be happy if he's not. He's a friendly person and tries to greet all newcomers and anyone else he runs into. He genuinely wants friends because he's lonely, as well as feeling like it's wise to have a big network of allies when they're all displaced from home. He has a quirky speech pattern and may sometimes say something inadvertently that's misunderstood, but he never means to offend unless he's reacting to someone being a bully or a jerk. He loves Eevees and wants to celebrate them for what they are, even though he likes their evolved forms too. He plans to breed Eevees and open an Eevee sanctuary.
Looking for: More friends! Radley tries to reach out to characters from all series, but I would especially love for him to be able to connect with more characters from Yu-Gi-Oh!, any Yu-Gi-Oh!. Anyone willing to give him a chance is completely welcome, though! He and I treasure all friendships he has already made and look forward to more.

I'm not really open to shipping him with anyone. I find non-romantic relationships much more intriguing. :)

What type of things are you okay with?:
✓ Battle encounters with Rockets
✓ Non-battle, but still hostile encounters with Rockets (think something like getting robbed of a rare item or getting scammed)
✓ Anything else? Radley has a couple of friends who are Rockets and he is unaware of this. It could be interesting at some point for him to find out. Also, if he gets his Eevee sanctuary going, that might be a prime target for Rockets if they want Eevees. I wouldn't be okay with his actual Pokemon being taken, but if they wanted to take some wild ones on the property that he hasn't actually claimed, it might be fun for him to fight to get them back (as long as he does get them back).
