CR meme - Fall edition!

CR MEME!

It's time for our fall CR meme. Which will also include the fourth wall happening in November, so feel free to use this CR meme as a plotting post for that event too.

Please share your ideas of interactions you'd love your character to have, or plots you are rolling around in your head that might need a few more folks. Is your character looking for a friend? An enemy? A rival? You could find it all here. And remember, the more detailed, the better! We all want all the CR, but specific plans, or at least a specific direction you want to take something in, will really help out everybody involved.

Like before, this CR meme will also include a template specifically geared towards Rocket CR. Please fill it in to let our Rocket members know how you feel about getting your characters involved in some crime.

Notes: I'm in EST and usually available in the evenings. I've been a bit slow lately (not helped by a car saga that has thankfully entered the waiting phase), but I'm working on getting back into a groove.

CHARACTER
Name Ryner Lute; tearsofademon
Canon: The Legend of the Legendary Heroes
Cliffnotes: Genius but lazy mage who would find a way to break the laws of physics and sleep 25 hours a day if anyone would ever let him. (No one ever lets him.) Despite a severely traumatic backstory, he's slowly - very slowly - learning how to actually be motivated and a little bit responsible even, though opening up to people and reaching out is still hard for him. He's been in Johto for over a decade, is co-leader of the Collegiate Gym, and is very tired of new regions popping up without any acknowledgement from the locals.

In terms of near-future plans, I intend to write a post this coming weekend where he will be in Azalea visiting a certain nice old couple, because it's been almost ten years since the Yamask incident if you can believe it. So if anyone wants to meet up with him there...

Looking for: Friendship. People who can pester Ryner into friendship. People who can be magic nerds with him. People who want to learn from him. People who want to pester him in general. Just, in general, people who won't give up on him just because he doesn't open up easily because almost everyone he opens up to leaves him.

I do say that, yes. ^^

She could always come to him for breeder advice some time, even if his 'mons mostly just do their own thing without asking his opinion on the matter (see also: nearly 300 eggs at once a couple months ago x_x). And I see she's already talked to Sion, so there's an in there too.

She may well ask for advice! She doesn't know quite how to get started.

Honestly, in Ryner's experience, if you don't know how to get started, the mons in question will probably take it upon themselves.
