I've honestly seen pokémon that look like trash, I think a plant that is also a bird wouldn't even surprise me.

He's actually kind of dapper-looking with that tie, you wouldn't happen to know where to get one of those, would you?

I found this little guy in the Ilex Forest. They seem pretty rare here, I've only seen one or two today, but some do live here.
