Route 29
This might as well be the weirdest day he has ever experienced since arriving, but Harry has discovered that he is now a Trainer in a different world and that he has gotten an owl-like Pokémon for a starter. He wasn’t sure of what to do beside what the Trainer’s Handbook has told him, but he did managed to fare a lot better than he was expecting.

So right now he and his Rowlet, a Sentret he just caught, and a Skitty he took in at New Bark Town are currently taking a break after barely surviving rounds of fighting with many wild Pidgeys and Skowvets. The Rowlet and Sentret are napping while taking in the sun while the Skitty is busy chasing her tail like there is no tomorrow.

Azalea Town
It is now a quiet time for Harry upon reaching Azalea Town: he, his Rowlet (Rowan), Sentret (Molly), and Skitty (Maisy-Daisy) are currently having lunch at the local mom and pop diner while they get to see the Slowpokes going about with their life from the window, sunbathing under the sun. He’s currently having scrambled eggs with bell peppers, hash brown and hot chocolate while Rowan, Molly, and Daisy are having PokéPuffs he got for them in Violet City. Come in and say hi to him and his team if you like to.

Route 29

Kaiba's finally arrived in Johto after a long month of hardship, and...this simple country road really isn't so bad, relatively. He's doing well for himself with his first few battles, but his team definitely needs a break now.

He's careful to dodge trainers who seem to be searching for a fight, but this one appears to be on a break too. So he'll rest near here, if that's all right.

"Yours love their naps too?"

He lets Zephyra out of her ball, and the little fire pony trots in a circle before flopping down onto the grass.

Harry turns around to see that there is another person, a trainer perhaps, also present and that he has a fire pony with him. Besides, he is pretty tired of going through way too many wild Pokémon encounters to go into a battle right now.

“As a matter of fact, they do,” he replies to his question, “In fact, we went through so many Pidgeys and Skowvets earlier that two of them went for a nap afterwards.”

"Mm. Training's tough for a young Pokémon," Kaiba agrees, sitting down beside Zephyra. She neighs quietly, and he passes her a berry from his pouch.

"How long have you been traveling?"

“Well, I, um, I just arrived here a few hours ago,” he is pretty embarrassed to admit it, but he is still trying to get the hang of being a Pokémon trainer, “I am afraid that I am still new to this place even with the information I was given in the handbook.”

"You're new too?" Kaiba admits it readily---he doesn't need to scare the guy, not while his Pokémon are resting.

"I was stuck about 200 years in the past for a few weeks, but this is the first time I've made it to this world. I had to start my training without a handbook."

But he's figured out basic care for his team by now, so at least there's that. He pets Zephyra, careful to avoid the flame.

“Whoa, you were stuck in the past for a few weeks?” Harry couldn’t help feeling his jaws dropping upon hearing it although thankfully not too scared at all, “If I may ask, what was it like having to start training in that time period along with having no handbook or guide to help you?”

The Skitty merrily goes along with her tail chasing business like there is no tomorrow while the Sentret’s ears twitch as she sleeps.

Route 29

[Radley is enjoying a peaceful day with his Pokemon when he sees Harry.]

Hi. You look like you've had a long day.

[He smiles, and Evie the Eevee runs around happily, chirruping for new friends!]

Oh yes, quite a long day of dealing with plenty of wild Pokémon in this Route. Even two of my Pokémon are pretty tired from dealing with them. So we decided to rest up before we can continue on.

(Also, ahhhh!!!! Evie is too cute! The cuteness radar is off the charts.)

That's a good idea. This route is pretty filled with wild Pokemon. It took us ages to get through when we first came this way. They were pouncing on us every few steps! I like to rest mine too ... but they don't always wanna settle down!

[He laughs, watching Evie's sweetness.]

This is Evie.

[Four other Eevees appear around him, and a Ralts.]

And Evan, Kiryu, Isla, Lily, and Cosmo.

(Oh Merlin’s beard, these Pokémon are so adorable that he couldn’t help but to be smitten by their presence. Even the Skitty of his has taken notice of them that she proceeds to scamper towards them to say hello.)

Wow, they are so cute and adorable. Hello everyone, it is really nice to meet.

Everyone, this here is Rowan (He first points to the sleeping Rowlet) and Molly (the sleeping Sentret). They are taking a nap at the moment. And the hyperactive Skitty running around is Maisy Daisy. I didn’t come up with her name though, it was from the old lady at New Bark Town who had raised her and her siblings.

[Evie rushes to her to say Hi! She and the others chorus greetings, albeit Cosmo speaks very softly.]

Hi there! Yeah, that lady has interesting names.

[Radley chuckles.]

I have one of her Skitties too, Cuddles. I wish we could take more than six when traveling. She's back in Goldenrod today.

(Nice, he also managed to get a Skitty from the same old lady as well. That is amazing to know that he might be not the only one having a Skitty in his team.)

Yep, she sure does. That is great to hear that we got Maisy and Cuddles from the same person so they may have been from the same litter. Maybe they can meet each other someday so they could play with each other.

Route 29!!!

Hermione had promised an egg delivery to someone somewhere along Route 29, and was currently atop her Altaria, winging it just above the treetops along the route, scanning.

She spots someone resting with his pokemon, but it's hard to determine if this was the buyer she was looking for. Well, better go check to be sure.

She leans in close to Nimbus so he can hear her. "Down there Nimbus."

Nimbus chirps and banks, coming down low to land a short distance away, kicking up some dust as he settles.

"Hi there!" she calls out, sliding off the Altaria. "Were you waiting for a...."

Wait. She recognises that messy hair. It can't be, right?

"Harry?"

Just moments ago, Harry was looking after his Rowlet and Sentret napping on either side of him while the Skitty runs about as she chases her tail like it was a toy. And then he hears a voice politely asking if he would want to get something from her, followed up by said voice saying his name.

As he lifts his head up, his jaws drop upon seeing a familiar face.

“Hermione?”

It takes a stunned second before Hermione screams 'HARRY!', and launches herself full pelt at Harry, slamming into him with the biggest, tightest hug she can manage. It's a good thing she'd put the egg in her backpack.

She's crying and trying to talk while clinging to him, and honestly right now nothing she's saying is coming out clearly or intelligibly at all.

Nimbus is looking a little concerned and bewildered, hopping over and chirping at her in concern while fluffing his wings anxiously.


[OOC: Just FYI, depending on what time you took Harry from, Hermione is about 17 and a half now :) .]

(OOC: It’s all cool by me. He is coming in from the pre-19 Years Later end of Deathly Hallows.)

To be honest, he thought for a moment that he will never see his friends again once he arrived in Jotho, but Hermione’s appearance is nevertheless a good surprise for him. The hug is all the more welcoming that he didn’t notice that he too was bursting into tears of joys.

“Hermione, I’m so glad to see you again,” Harry happily speaks up, tears wetting his eyes and cheeks alike.

She eventually pulls back after composing herself, giving him a huge smile, even though her eyes are still red rimmed. "I've missed you so much! Are you okay? When did you get here? Why in Merlin's name didn't you say anything over the public network on your Pokegear?!"

She punches him lightly in the upper arm in annoyance. "I would have come to get you straight away, you idiot!"

“I’m definitely alright, just disoriented at the moment,” he admits to her, but not knowing how to say ‘so I just defeated Voldemort back home and fixed my wand’ without dumping too information, “I just came into New Bark Town a few hours ago.”

Also Harry, you really need to get oriented with the tech of this world: this ain’t the wizarding world where Muggle tech can get destroyed upon contacting with magic.

“Oh gee, I’m so sorry, Hermione. I am still trying to figure out what to do as a Trainer that I forgot all about it,” he tries to explain himself.

Azalea Town - also voice testing as a possible app

[Someone else was admiring those Slowpokes. Luna was definitely enjoying this place. Sure, there was no magic for her to use, but all the animals were magical and interesting and strange, and she loved it. She tended to get along better with creatures than people anyway, most of the time, and this suited her.

The Slowpoke she was watching was ambling along the street, and then finally just settled down next to her. She smiled wistfully, and gently patted its head, then went back to people watching. It was then that she spotted a very familiar person. Her smile widened a bit.]

Harry! You're here now, too?

[For her part, Luna really hadn't changed. Her long pale blond hair was just as messy as usual, tied back in a frizzed loose ponytail at the nape of her neck. Her clothing was as colorful as ever, somewhat mismatched, but suited to her personality, and heavy on the pinks and purples. She didn't have her cork necklace or radish earrings, but she'd found decent approximations such as Leppa Berry earrings, a cork from a MooMoo Milk bottle tied on a string around her neck, and even a ring with an Ariados on it to replace her spider ring.

Next to her on the opposite side of her new Slowpoke friend was a Spinda, napping in the sun.]

(As soon as he hears a familiar voice, he then turns around to see a familiar face as well. He couldn’t believe his eyes: Luna is also here as well and she has Pokémon of her own as well.)

Luna, hi! You’re also in here as well. It is really great to see you again.

(Soon enough, Rowan, Maisy, and Molly take full notice of the blond lady and begin to greet her and her Spinda and Slowpoke in a friendly manner. Especially Maisy, she gets very excited when meeting new people.)

[She nodded at his comment.]

So it seems. Have you been here long?

[She made a hand gesture for Harry to sit in the grass with her and enjoy the sun, then reached out to let his Pokémon sniff at her hands in greeting.]

(He nods as he gets up to sit down on the grass with Luna while Rowan, Maisy and Molly follow after him. Maisy goes first and proceeds to sniff at her hand.)

I have been travelling around Jotho for a few days so far. And I just stopped by here just now to rest up and to look at the Slowpoke.

The Slowpoke are definitely fun to watch. They seem so relaxed and comfortable here. [Another one ambled by in that moment, slowly lumbering along. Luna smiled as she watched it.] Have you seen the well? There are a lot of them in there.

Yeah, they sure look really at peace. Nor do they look like they are going to rush into things at any time.

(The Slowpoke are very serene and at peace, something he just experiences these days after being at Jotho for a while. Azalea Town has been peaceful and calming for the soul.)

I actually pass by a couple of them, although I haven’t though about stopping by one when I first came here.
